I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults and couples seeking thoughtful, lasting change. My work is grounded in attachment theory and contemporary psychoanalytic thinking. Rather than focusing on quick symptom relief alone, we explore underlying patterns, relational dynamics and the deeper emotional currents shaping your life.

Relationship and Identity Work

I work with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, questions of identity, life transitions, depression, burnout and existential uncertainty. Many of my clients are internationally mobile professionals navigating cultural displacement, intimacy challenges and the complexity of modern life.

Sessions are available in English, both in-person in Berlin and online. I work primarily with self-paying clients and private insurance. My practice offers a confidential, reflective space for those who value depth, nuance and psychological integrity.

Training and Professional Background

I am a licensed practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) and completed my MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (UK) with a particular interest in attachment-oriented approaches. Ongoing professional development and clinical supervision form an integral part of my work.
